The tools will change. The community doesn't have to.

Why The Maven Club Exists

The Maven Club started with a simple observation: the adults most shaped by decades of experience — the ones with the most to contribute — were also the ones being left behind by the pace of technological change. Not because they couldn't learn. Because nobody was teaching them in a way that respected who they are.

AI isn't going away. The question isn't whether to engage with it — it's whether you'll have a community around you when you do.

That's what The Maven Club is. A structured, supportive, community-based program that meets adults where they are and gives them something genuinely useful.

Barry Kurtz

Barry Kurtz is the founder of The Maven Club. He spent decades working at the intersection of technology, process, and people, inside some of the largest financial institutions in the world. What he learned there: the tools matter less than the people using them, and the people matter most when they're learning together.
